Davis gets £4.6m for early exit from Glencore Xstrata

Mick Davis, Xstrata’s chief executive, will be paid £4,625,774 for half a year’s work he will not perform, after Glencore said he will not stay on after the merger of the two FTSE 100 giants as was originally planned.
